Illinois Institute of Fine Arts was founded in 2012, and has set out to satisfy the growing need for quality English as a Second Language instruction that is accessible to students from all walks of life. IIFA offers intensive ESL instruction in Beginner to Advanced levels through IIFA English Learning Center, as well as Academic ESL, post-secondary Business Communications, and TESOL Certificate programs. We are committed to helping learners reach their individual learning goals and have created course and program offerings that provide students with various ways to advance their English skills, careers, and higher education pathways.

Our dedicated faculty and staff work closely with students to assess their unique strengths and areas to improve, while tailoring lessons for each class’s needs; ensuring students make observable progress and stay motivated in their educational journey. Class size is kept small to ensure that every student receives individual attention from their instructor. Our ESL curriculum is designed to help students acquire integrated language skills through communicative learning activities and real conversations. Instructors take advantage of modern day technology through use of online learning tools, computers and the latest Smartboard devices in their classrooms. We are conveniently located, and offer multiple class schedules for students to choose from, making our programs a great option for students that need flexibility in their learning.
